About us

Kulina Zerspanungstechnik und Maschinenbau GmbH is a family-run company in Büchen (Schleswig-Holstein) with over 55 years of experience in machining. The company manufactures simple and complex components and assemblies from 3D models, 2D data, drawings or sample parts – from prototypes and single parts to small and large series. The core processes are CNC turning (Ø 2 to 600 mm, conventional up to Ø 1000 mm), CNC milling on 4- and 5-axis machining centres including 5-axis simultaneous machining, wire EDM, as well as surface and cylindrical grinding. In terms of materials, all machinable materials are processed: structural steels, stainless steels, aluminium, non-ferrous metals, titanium and plastics. The raw material warehouse of around 200 tonnes with an automated bar stock warehouse enables short delivery times. Customers include companies from food production, aviation, shipping, energy generation, medical technology, pump technology and plant engineering. Around 60 employees, including five apprentices, work at the Büchen site on a production area of approx. 5000 m².
