Materials and processes
Polyester
Base material for front panels and membrane keyboards with flexible assembly options.
Polycarbonate
Film material for front panels with high durability and design variety.
FR4 (GRP/epoxy)
Flame-retardant carrier material for membrane keyboards with electronic components.
Copper (copper-clad films)
Traces with low resistance, optionally electroplated with silver or gold, enables SMD assembly.
Silver conductive paste
Cost-effective, printed traces with high flexibility and bending resistance.
Indium tin oxide (ITO)
Conductive transparent layer for resistive touch systems on glass or PET.
Glass (cover glass, ITO glass)
Printed cover glass for capacitive touch systems with UV stability and abrasion resistance.
OCA adhesive layer
Highly transparent adhesive layer for full-surface touch lamination.
Metal mesh
Transparent conductive layer for flexible and transparent electronics.
Screen printing
Technical screen printing under cleanroom conditions as the basis of all input systems.
Digital printing
Inkjet printing on flexible substrates for prototypes, small series and color gradients.
