About Kunststoff-Technik GmbH
Kunststoff-Technik GmbH, based in Siegenburg (Lower Bavaria), is a manufacturer and supplier of thermoplastic plastic parts. For more than 25 years we have been producing and assembling plastic articles for well-known companies from various industries, including the automotive industry, electrical industry, medical technology, fastening technology, drainage technology and the packaging industry. Production comprises plastic injection molding with part weights from 0.2 g to 2,000 g on 18 injection molding machines with clamping forces of 15 to 500 tons, most of which are operated fully automatically with removal robots. An attached toolmaking department with a seamless 3D CAD-CAM-CNC system implements customer requirements precisely. The range of services also includes overmolding of inserts, wires and sheet metal, the application of foam seals and the assembly of plastic articles. Deliveries are made daily by our own van or by freight forwarders.
