About Kunststoffbautechnik Gress
Since 2003, Kunststoffbautechnik Gress GmbH has been manufacturing tanks, systems and special parts made of plastic at its Deißlingen site. The portfolio comprises round and rectangular tanks made of PE and PP, complete electroplating lines with exhaust air system, spray device and pump circulation, PVC piping as well as exhaust air systems. In addition, turned and milled plastic parts as well as custom-made products such as assemblies, laboratory systems, filters, sieve baskets, liners, valve cabinets and insulated tanks are produced. Planning is carried out in the in-house design department in 2D or 3D, either according to customer requirements or based on supplied drawings; production is also possible directly at the customer's site. Customer industries include, among others, electroplating, water and air treatment, medical technology and the handling of aggressive media. Maintenance, assembly and repair services are provided on a production area of more than 1500 m².

PP-natural / PP-light grey
Polypropylene for round and multi-chamber tanks, sloped bottoms with under-ribs and heating loops up to max. 60 °C.

For piping and valve panels, brands of the valves freely selectable.

Transparent protective panes, e.g. protective partitions for areas with customer traffic.
