About Kunststoffe Eberwein
Kunststoffe Eberwein GmbH has been manufacturing technical plastic parts and assemblies to customer specifications in Waldenbuch near Stuttgart since 1967. The manufacturing focus is on deep drawing of thermoplastics on seven deep-drawing machines with forming areas up to 2660 x 1460 mm and a maximum deep-drawing height of 680 mm, as well as on 5-axis CNC machining on nine gantry milling machines with a working envelope up to 3000 x 2000 x 700 mm. Materials processed include ABS, ABS/PMMA, PS, PE, PP, PET, PA, glass-fiber reinforced PA6, PC, PVC and PMMA. In addition to the production of individual parts through to series supply, the range of services covers downstream production steps such as bonding, ultrasonic welding, coating, painting, flocking as well as component and assembly assembly. Customers come from industries such as automotive, vehicle construction, medical technology, electronics, tanning beds, yacht and boat building as well as design and retail space elements. The company also supports its customers in development, design and cost optimization using CAD-CAM technology.
