Kunststoffhandel Rexin GmbH is a third-generation family company based in Dorsten that manufactures terrace canopies, carports, front door canopies, balcony systems and pergolas as complete kits. The product range includes aluminium terrace roofs (including REXOpremium®, REXOclassic®, REXOsteel®, REXOconomy®), wooden canopies with glulam beams made of Nordic spruce (REXOcomplete®, REXOmaster®), aluminium carports (REXOport®), glass canopies made of powder-coated steel (REXOsky®) as well as photovoltaic canopies and balcony infills (REXOsolar®). Production is carried out in aluminium, powder-coated steel, glulam, acrylic glass, polycarbonate multiwall sheets and laminated safety glass; in addition, plastic sheets are cut to size, including oversized lengths and custom dimensions. The kits are sold online through the company's own shop and via an interactive 3D terrace roof configurator. Founded in 1968 in Bottrop as Gewerbe Egon Rexin with corrugated plastic, the company has been based in Dorsten with around 55 employees since April 2019.
