About Kunststofftechnik Dietmar Woyciniuk
Kunststofftechnik Dietmar Woyciniuk GmbH in Essen has been manufacturing precision seals and machine elements from engineering plastics and elastomers such as PUR, PTFE, POM, PI, PEEK, PA, PE, PVDF and various PTFE compounds for over 35 years. Production takes place on modern lathes, machining centres and injection moulding machines; the manufacturing range extends from 3 mm to 1600 mm in diameter. An in-house toolmaking department, a design department supported by CAD/CAM and an extensive stock of semi-finished materials enable flexible and rapid production of prototypes and small batches, for example for repairs. For the food and beverage industry, seals and moulded parts with FDA, DVGW or KTW approvals are manufactured. An in-house laboratory for physical and chemical testing as well as certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001 ensure the quality standard. The products are used, among other things, in hydraulics and pneumatics, in mining, in heavy and large-scale machinery construction, in apparatus and plant engineering, in the chemical industry as well as in drive and automation technology.
