Kunststofftechnik Grabher is an Austria-based full-service partner specializing in injection molding. The company supports projects from design and material definition through part simulation with SolidWorks and rapid prototyping to series production and assembly of complete assemblies. In injection molding, parts weighing from 1 g to 2,500 g are produced on 23 machines with clamping forces of 25 to 1,300 tons; five 2K machines and one 3K machine enable multi-component technology with different materials and colors in a single part. Common plastics and compounds with a high glass fiber content are processed, including with insert parts. As a system supplier, Kunststofftechnik Grabher also provides ultrasonic welding, printing, packaging, kitting, as well as the organization of surface finishing, warehousing and logistics with its own vehicle fleet. Retail-ready finished products and components are manufactured in small and medium series as well as mass production, supported by a high degree of automation.
