Kunststofftechnik ROS GmbH & Co. KG is a medium-sized, family-owned company within the ROS Group. The company manufactures plastic cages for rolling bearings as well as other rotationally symmetric technical parts by injection moulding for the rolling bearing industry worldwide. Production is carried out in single- and multi-component processes with part weights from 0.1 to 500 grams using engineering and high-performance plastics; in addition, prototypes are produced by injection moulding. Injection mould toolmaking is performed in-house or within the ROS Group using high-precision machine tools. The service portfolio includes plastics-compatible component design, tribology and materials consulting, customer-specific kitting including empty-container management, as well as just-in-time deliveries with EDI connectivity. As an approved supplier of Deutsche Bahn, the company also serves the rail transport sector.
