Kunststofftechnik Weber GmbH is a company founded in 1967 and headquartered in Minden, specializing in industrial container, apparatus and plant engineering made from plastics. The portfolio includes cylindrical and rectangular tanks made from thermoplastics such as PP, PE, PVC and PVDF as well as GRP composite materials, manufactured to customer specifications using wound pipe, welded panels or GRP composite construction. In addition, the company plans and manufactures complete tank farms including plant technology, electrical engineering and MSR (instrumentation and control) systems, pre-treatment plants for hot-dip galvanizing, tanks and peripherals for surface technology (electroplating, anodizing), exhaust air purification systems as well as hazardous materials storage systems made from PE 100-RC. The services range from project planning and engineering, piping construction and plant installation to maintenance and commissioning. Customers come from industries such as water treatment, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, paper and battery manufacturing as well as hot-dip galvanizing. In addition to the Minden production site, the Weber Group operates another production site in Goleniów (Poland) with 11,000 m² of floor space; the group comprises seven companies.

As an approved contractor under AwSV (German Ordinance on Facilities Handling Water Hazardous Substances), Weber Kunststofftechnik manufactures systems for the storage of hazardous materials and water-polluting substances in accordance with legal requirements.
