About us
Kunststoffverarbeitung Werner Uhlig GmbH & Co. KG is a manufacturer of custom plastic products based in Chemnitz. The product range includes profiles, round cords, hoses, keder cords, flat keder cords, sealing and clamping profiles, edge protection, U-profiles and MLW clip strips for light boxes. Production is carried out to order by extrusion in various colour variants as well as transparent, with hardnesses from 35 to 98 Shore A. The materials used are flexible PVC, TPE and PP. The production facilities include extrusion lines with screw diameters up to 63 mm, vacuum calibration, cut-to-length equipment, winding equipment, ink-jet printers for continuous product marking, equipment for applying self-adhesive tape as well as laser measuring devices for quality control. Customers include domestic and international industries, among others the display advertising/lighting sector.
