Kunststoffvertrieb Nord (KVN) is a trading and service company located in Barmstedt, about 20 km north of Hamburg, which has specialized in plastic semi-finished products for 25 years. Since 1 November 2017, KVN has been a business division of Kunze Kunststoffe GmbH with headquarters in Bentwisch near Rostock. The company offers thermoplastic plastic semi-finished products such as sheets, tubes, profiles and rods in various material thicknesses, colors, lengths and shapes as well as custom cuts based on drawings or data (DXF, EPS, AI). Processing includes a cutting service on panel saws, CNC milling on 2-, 4- and 5-axis milling centers, CO2 laser cutting, polishing technology with a diamond polishing machine, bonding and joining technology as well as edge and bending technology. In addition, boat windows, custom hatches, porthole and hatch windows as well as railing cladding made of acrylic glass, Plexiglas, polycarbonate or PETG are custom-made, with templates electronically measured and digitized. Customers come from the sign and display industry, industry, mechanical and structural engineering, trade fair and shopfitting, and water sports. Production is carried out according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 with quality products made from raw materials from European suppliers, tempered storage to ensure minimal manufacturing tolerances, and fast delivery times.
