Kurz Elektronik GmbH develops and manufactures electronic assemblies and devices for customers in the household appliance market and industrial sector – for over 50 years. The service portfolio covers product development from the inquiry through to production readiness, EMS assembly of printed circuit boards on eight SMD production lines operating in multi-shift operation, and system assembly through to final assembly in the housing. In addition, the company has its own plastic injection molding production with a corresponding toolmaking operation: mold tools are realized in the company's own design department, which also enables the rapid creation of prototypes. Further competencies include the development of software and firmware for microcontrollers and its own test systems, as well as its own cable assembly operation, in which various wires and cable types are processed. Production ranges from small series to large series in the millions. The headquarters in Althengstett concentrates development, design, sales, quality management, purchasing, warehouse and shipping as well as production.
