KVB-Gardelegen is a plastics processor in Gardelegen (Saxony-Anhalt) offering plastics processing and injection moulding production from a single source. The company takes plastic waste from industry, municipal collection and its own injection moulding production and processes it either as contract work or for its own use: from sorting through single-stage size reduction of bulky items such as pallets, IBCs and load carriers with dust removal and metal separation, to granulation, pelletising, agglomeration and compounding according to customer requirements. Filtered granulation is carried out in cooperation with partners. From the processed materials, KVB-Gardelegen manufactures not only conventional injection moulded products from virgin material but also end products by injection and compression moulding from 100 % recycled plastic, in small and large series. The offering is complemented by toolmaking, planning and logistics services. The company sees itself as a partner for closed plastic loops, in which waste is not disposed of but used as secondary raw materials in new industries.
