About LB Profile
L.B. Profile GmbH is a manufacturer of PVC profiles for window and door systems as well as industrial profiles. The company was founded in 1960 in Germany and today produces at its site in Doboj, Bosnia and Herzegovina; administration and sales for Germany are located in Herbstein. The focus is on the extrusion of multi-chamber profiles in various system lines (including PCD 70 MD, PCD 82 MD, PCD 82 XT, PAD CONTOUR, LB COMFORT) for new construction and renovation. In its own plant, the profiles are laminated with Renolit foils, also in two or three colors; the lamination is UV- and weather-resistant, and RAL certificates are available for colored profiles. The profiles feature steel reinforcements for increased stability and, according to manufacturer documentation, achieve thermal transmittance coefficients of up to Uf = 1.2 W/(m²·K). The company works with a network of around 44 distributors in the EU and supplies window specialist companies and joineries.

The profiles are subject to RAL quality assurance; their quality is continuously monitored by the relevant testing institutes. Thermal transmittance coefficients have been verified, among others, by the Institute for Window Technology (ift) in Rosenheim.
