L & S Schlauchtechnik GmbH from Wilhelmshaven manufactures custom-made hydraulic and industrial hose lines from its own assembly operation as well as pipe lines to customer specification in stainless steel or galvanized steel – including pipe bending, deburring, sawing and pre-assembly of cutting ring fittings. In addition, the company distributes screw fittings, fastening materials and control elements, including valves in special materials such as super austenitic stainless steel 1.4539 and the copper-nickel alloy CuNi10Fe1,6Mn. Its own service department performs installation, testing and documentation on site at the customer, including pressure tests, hazard assessments, inspections of lifting equipment in accordance with the Industrial Safety Ordinance (Betriebssicherheitsverordnung) as well as of refuelling hoses and compensators. With the digital online hose register, serial numbers and certificates of the tested lines are available at any time. Main customers come from the marine and offshore sector, hydraulics, industry/refuelling and the defence sector (Bundeswehr valves according to VG standards).
