L&S – Your partner for technical plastic parts
L&S Technische Kunststoffteile GmbH is an independent, family-run company based in Mühlhausen-Rettigheim (Baden-Württemberg) and has been producing technical plastic parts by injection molding since 1994. Its range of services extends from prototype and small-series production to fully automated series manufacturing on 40 Arburg injection molding machines (32 with clamping forces of 30 to 300 t, 8 2K machines). It manufactures high-precision functional plastic parts, 2K parts, plastic-metal composite parts using the insert molding process, and optical plastic parts for subsequent PVD finishing; all common thermoplastics and elastomers are processed, including color batches and additives. The in-house tool and mold making covers the development, design and manufacture of prototype, small-series and large-series tools on CNC 3- and 5-axis milling machines as well as EDM, grinding and turning machines. The portfolio is rounded off by assembly, individual packaging and customer-specific logistics concepts. Customers come from the automotive, construction, electrical engineering, furniture, medical technology as well as general industry and window construction sectors.
