L&W GmbH is a service company for manufacturing metrology and quality assurance. As an accredited calibration laboratory, the company performs DAkkS calibrations and measures components from large aerospace structures down to microtechnology mini-structures as well as measurement tasks from classic mechanical engineering. Its service portfolio includes, besides calibration, contract measurement, initial sampling and coordinate measuring technology – from individual orders to outsourcing complete gauge inventories. In addition, L&W maintains and calibrates measuring instruments on site at customers' premises, supports installation, procures accessories and spare parts and trains staff. With the gauge management software QMSOFT®, which is in use worldwide, gauge inventories are managed, target values and tolerances calculated and measurements performed.
