La Boulotte AG is an organic butcher's shop with a store at Breitenrainplatz 38 in Bern. The company accompanies the meat along the entire value chain: from the raising of the animals through slaughtering, maturing and refinement to sale in its own store. The aim is to utilize as much of the animal as possible; sustainability and organic guidelines are the foundation of the company's production. In addition to direct sales of fresh meat, La Boulotte offers services such as contract processing of whole animals from farms or hunting results, cutting, fresh meat packages, and the production of charcuterie products such as dried meat according to organic or Demeter guidelines. In addition, catering for events such as birthdays, weddings or confirmations as well as freshly prepared lunch menus are offered. Languages spoken at the business are German and French.
