About LAB Anlagenbau
LAB Anlagenbau GmbH is a medium-sized family company based in Priborn on Lake Müritz that has been developing and producing bulk material handling systems since 1979. The company specializes in dust-free extraction, dosing and conveying of powdery, dusty and poorly flowing bulk materials from containers such as sacks, big bags, swap containers, silos and sea containers. The LAB process technology operates as a closed system with vacuum extraction and pressure conveying (LABOMAT), doses using weighing technology and achieves a dosing accuracy of +/- 100 g per batch; conveying lengths of up to 100 m are possible. The systems are in permanent use in the food industry, brewing and beverage industry, dairy industry, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, adhesives and automotive industry. At the Priborn production site, test systems are available for product tests on the extractability and conveyability of bulk materials, including systems made of PP and HDPE for aggressive bulk materials. Reference customers include Heineken, Oettinger, Daimler, Krones and Octapharma in Europe and overseas.

Materials and Process Technology
Polypropylene (PP)
System material for complete systems handling aggressive bulk materials such as calcium chloride.
HDPE (high-density polyethylene)
Material for system components with particularly aggressive bulk materials.
Custom Bulk Material System Engineering
Complete solution for bulk material storage, extraction, dosing and conveying incl. process control.
LABOMAT VD (Vacuum/Pressure Conveying Unit)
Heart of the process technology: sucks bulk material out of extraction stations, weighs it and conveys it using compressed air, nitrogen or CO2.
LABOMAT V (Vacuum Conveyor)
Pure vacuum conveyor as an alternative to the pressure conveying unit.
LAB Extraction Technology (EUR Patent)
Extraction and dosing from big bag, swap container and silo with one and the same technology, with integrated lump breaker.
LAB Swap Container
Food-grade reusable container for transport, storage and dosing of bulk materials.
LAB Mixing Tank
Receiving station for dust-free suspension production by incorporation below the water or oil surface.
LAB Cyclone (Receiving Station)
Receiving station for conveying directly into the production line.
Product Test in Test System
Testing of bulk materials for extractability and conveyability at the Priborn production site.
