All devices undergo a qualification process with testing against medical device regulatory requirements, CE conformity and safety inspections. In Hamburg, the company operates what it states is Europe's largest in-house calibration facility with a focus on temperature calibration for medical storage units, data loggers and centrifuges. Founded in 2014 by two scientists, the company with more than 20 employees supplied more than 800 sites in 35 countries for a single study and also supports direct-to-patient and decentralized trials.
