About the Lackmann Food Group

Lackmann Fleisch- und Feinkostfabrik GmbH was founded in 1998 as a private family-owned company and operates under the umbrella of the Lackmann Food Group. According to the company, it produces around 1000 exclusive products, including sausage and meat delicacies, ready meals and frozen products based on Slavic and Eastern European recipes. Production is carried out in a craft manner using modernized production facilities; recipe creation and quality control are personally overseen by the management. In addition to its own production, the company operates a wholesale business with around 4500 items from all product groups of the food sector, its own logistics center with a vehicle fleet, and, since 2015, the franchise supermarket chain "Hozain". Around 500 employees work at the Willstätt and Bühl sites in southwestern Germany. All raw materials and finished products are tested in licensed laboratories.
