In Germany, around 1,300 employees produce and distribute dairy foods at six locations in southern Germany. The portfolio ranges from drinking milk, yoghurt, ayran, cream, quark and buttermilk to butter and milk powder, as well as medical infant and clinical nutrition and sports nutrition. Under the umbrella of the group, six companies are united, including the production companies Würzburger Milchwerke GmbH and Neuburger Milchwerke GmbH as well as distribution companies for brands such as Galbani, Salakis, Président and Leerdammer. The group serves retail, foodservice (pizzerias, restaurants, hotels, bakeries, catering), industry, and the medical nutrition and sports nutrition segments. The headquarters of the German group is located in Grasbrunn near Munich.
