LACTOLAND Trockenmilchwerk GmbH was founded in 1989 in Dülmen and has been part of the KRÜGER GROUP since 1995. The company produces custom milk powder blends, including spray-dried milk powders with special functionalities, cream powders with milk fat contents of 42 to 75 percent, and yogurt powders with varying pH values. The portfolio also includes milk and whey protein concentrates, isolates and hydrolysates, permeates, micellar casein concentrates, special products such as fat-filled powders and butteroil, as well as liquid products such as industrial cream, skimmed milk concentrate and whey concentrates. In addition to production, Lactoland handles the purchase and sale of dried milk products in cooperation with renowned dairies across Europe and worldwide, as well as trading in more than 100 million liters of liquid products per year. Upon request, the company, with more than 100 employees, takes on complete product development and develops individual service concepts. The Dülmen site offers over 50,000 tonnes of production capacity per year; since 2018, a new laboratory building has been available there.
