About us
LADWIG Steuerungstechnik GmbH manufactures control cabinets for building and industrial automation in its own production facilities and, as a full-service provider, offers planning, project engineering, DDC/BMS installation, PLC programming, commissioning, and service and maintenance of HVAC systems. The electronic components installed in the control cabinets are carefully selected and interconnected; every system is thoroughly tested after manufacture. The company supports projects from detailed planning through installation and tested programming to regular maintenance, including new development, extension and modernization of existing systems as well as web-visualized operator programs. Customers include, among others, building management for office buildings, hospitals, universities, research institutions, hotels, industry and the maritime sector. Founded in 1992 in Rostock, the family-owned company has been based since 2016 in a newly constructed company building in Stäbelow near Rostock and is managed by Jörg and Christian Ladwig.

History
- 1992
Founding of EAV Jörg Ladwig GmbH by Dipl.-Ing. Jörg Ladwig on 09.11.1992; production of control cabinets for shipbuilding, including for the MS „Saßnitz“.
- 2011
Completion of the new Spiegel publishing house project with the “Ericus” office building in Hamburg – supply of control cabinets and DDC/BMS wiring.
- 2013
Relaunch under the new name LADWIG Steuerungstechnik GmbH with a new logo.
- 2016
Relocation to the newly constructed company building in Stäbelow, previously Rostock site.
- 2019
Christian Ladwig was appointed managing director alongside Jörg Ladwig.
