About Lämmermann
Since 1994, Lämmermann Insektenschutzsysteme GmbH has been manufacturing custom-made insect protection at its Schwabach location: fly screens for windows, doors, roof windows and light shafts as well as special shapes, complemented by additional products such as dirt-trapping mats and fly screens with an integrated cat or dog flap. Production is carried out to individual dimensions from aluminium, stainless steel and high-tech plastics; aluminium profiles are coated in the in-house GSB-compliant Rippert powder coating system – including pretreatment in a 5-zone washing system and curing at 200°C. As of 1.4.2026, the company is switching its colour range to a highly weather-resistant (HWF) premium colour series. As a system provider, the GmbH supplies not only private customers but also specialist retailers and manufacturing businesses in the DACH region with system components, custom-made elements, production machinery and know-how. Services include consulting, measuring, installation from a single source, as well as training for installers, specialist retailers and manufacturing businesses.

Quality and Testing
Surface quality is ensured by in-house inspection and incoming goods inspection; for large volumes, Lämmermann works with coaters certified to GSB Premium and Qualicoat. The HWF coating is verified by the Florida weathering test, QUV-B testing according to DIN EN ISO 16474-3 and the Martindale scratch test.
