About Lahme

Lahme GmbH & Co. KG, headquartered in Kierspe (North Rhine-Westphalia), manufactures technical plastic parts using the injection molding process as well as machined molded parts made from high-performance plastics. On approximately 7,000 m² of production space, components ranging from 0.1 g to 3,740 g are produced with over 55 injection molding machines (150–13,000 kN clamping force, also 2K technology) in three-shift operation and with a high degree of automation. The value chain includes development with Moldflow simulation and warpage calculation, in-house toolmaking (hot-runner, 2K and gear molds, IML, aluminum trial molds), injection molding, machining up to 5-axis, welding, pressing and sintering of PTFE, as well as assembly and finishing. All technical plastics are processed, such as PA, POM, PTFE, PVDF, PFA, PEEK, PPS, PP, PE as well as reinforced compounds. Customers come from the automotive, liquefied gas, food and packaging industries, mechanical and plant engineering, defence technology, medical and laboratory technology, the electrical industry, home and garden technology, and shipbuilding. Founded in 1963, the owner-managed company is certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and IATF 16949.
