About LAIB Maschinenbau

LAIB Maschinenbau GmbH is an owner-managed special-purpose machinery manufacturer based in Stuttgart-Stammheim. With 25 employees, the company develops, designs and manufactures custom systems for measuring, testing, conditioning and assembly – from simple measuring fixtures and test benches to fully automated assembly and testing systems. All production steps are carried out in-house, ensuring a high level of vertical integration and consistent quality along the entire process chain. The systems are used, among other applications, in the automotive industry, in Formula 1 motorsport, in the pharmaceutical and food industries as well as in general mechanical engineering, and are delivered worldwide. In addition to new developments, LAIB offers conversion, retrofitting, maintenance and spare parts supply for existing systems. Founded in 1975 by Helmut Laib, the GmbH is today managed by Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Eva Rist née Laib.
