About Lakabi
Lakabi is the furniture brand of the Lausanne-based coworking operator Cospire and has been designing office furniture, in particular telephone booths and meeting boxes, since 2019. The products are developed as a vertical offering entirely from a single source: design, manufacturing via local Swiss suppliers such as LaPorch, Leuba, MKM, Tôle Factory and Plastiglas, on-site assembly as well as direct sales and rental. The booths offer a sound reduction of 27 dB, an automated ventilation system with 90 air changes per hour, and fire protection elements such as an encapsulated circuit with integrated fuse. Two designs are available: a variant with a metal structure and one with a wooden frame, externally clad with a wooden shell and fitted with sound-absorbing panels; the doors of the wooden-frame model are powder-coated. Lakabi produces in small and large volumes at competitive prices, markets exclusively in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, and customizes shapes, colors and materials to customer requirements.
