About Lambda Glass Solutions
Lambda Glass Solutions manufactures precise microstructures and functional components from fused silica. The core is the proprietary SLE technology, a laser-based process for three-dimensional structuring directly within the glass volume with resolutions below 10 µm. Combined with CNC machining, flame treatment and polishing, highly functional parts are created without adhesive joints and without assembly — such as 3D microfluidics with integrated nozzles and fiber access holes, bores down to 10 µm diameter, 3D packaging with through-glass vias (TGVs), fiber guides, coating heads with ±5 µm tolerance, as well as free-form microstructures and micromechanics within the glass block. Customers come from the semiconductor industry, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, medical technology, biotechnology, optics and photonics, aerospace engineering, and research and development. The process is flexibly applicable and suitable for series production.
