About LAMBDA Wärmepumpen

Lambda Wärmepumpen GmbH develops and distributes highly efficient air-to-water heat pumps of the EUREKA-Luft series with power ranges from 10 to 35 kW. At the core is the patented 3K-Prozess®, in which optimized fluid mechanics improves heat transfer four- to sixfold; the evaporation temperature of the refrigerant is on average only 3 Kelvin below the inlet temperature of the energy source. All units operate with the natural refrigerant propane (R290, GWP 3) and reach operating temperatures up to 70 °C, making them suitable for the renovation of existing buildings as well. Independent measurements by the Wärmepumpentestzentrum Buchs heat pump test center in accordance with EN 14825 confirm SCOP values up to 6.10. The company supplies single- and multi-family homes, multi-party apartment buildings, industrial halls and commercial applications in Austria, Switzerland and Germany, and sells through a specialized trade partner network. The portfolio is complemented by hydraulic systems, accessories, workshops and the efficiency solution Wärmefahrplan®.

Quality & Testing

The units are measured independently in accordance with EN 14825 at the Wärmepumpentestzentrum Buchs heat pump test center; sound power level testing is carried out in accordance with EN 12102. According to the Buchs test center, the EU-L series is among the quietest air-source heat pumps on the market.
