About LAMBDA Wärmepumpen
LAMBDA Wärmepumpen GmbH, headquartered in Kirchbichl in Tyrol, develops and produces air-to-water heat pumps of the EUREKA EU-L series in monoblock design. The performance range extends from 10 kW (EU10L) via 13, 15 and 20 kW up to the large-scale heat pump EUREKA Magna EU35L with up to 40 kW heating output at A7W35. All units operate with the natural refrigerant propane (R290, GWP 3) and achieve flow temperatures up to 70 °C, making them suitable for use even in existing buildings with radiators. The core of the technology is the patented 3K-Prozess®, an optimised fluid dynamics design that improves heat transfer in the evaporator four- to six-fold and reduces the distance between evaporation temperature and source inlet temperature to an average of 3 kelvin. Independent measurements by the Wärmepumpentestzentrum Buchs confirm SCOP values of up to 6.10 (low temperature). The portfolio is complemented by a control centre, heating elements and hydraulic accessories such as buffer, hygiene and domestic hot water tanks, combi tanks and fresh water systems. Systems are monitored and optimised via the Connected Heat remote maintenance system. Products are sold through a network of specialised trade partners in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, France and Sweden.

Refrigerants & Processes
Propane (R290, GWP 3)
Natural refrigerant with minimal GWP in all EUREKA units; charge quantities 1.4–4.9 kg depending on model.
R410a
Conventional refrigerant with GWP 1920, which LAMBDA deliberately avoids as a matter of comparison.
Machine oil PZ46M POE Hatcol 4467 / PAG
Lubricating oils in the refrigerant circuit of the EU-L series.

Quality
Efficiency and sound levels are independently tested in accordance with EN 14825 and EN 12102 respectively; the Wärmepumpentestzentrum Buchs confirms SCOP values of up to 6.10 and peak efficiency. Customer-side operating data (SPF 4.0–7.3) is remotely monitored and documented via Connected Heat.
