Lanza Metallwaren Ges.m.b.H. manufactures precision turned parts and ready-to-install precision assemblies with diameters from 5 to 200 mm in all machinable metals. Series production takes place on cam-controlled and CNC-controlled single- and multi-spindle automatic lathes of the INDEX brand; secondary operations such as slotting, milling and drilling are integrated into the machine park, enabling short lead times. The company sees itself as a full-service provider and supports customers as early as the design and product development phase, from prototypes through to series readiness. In addition to machining, Lanza offers heat treatments (including case hardening, hardening and tempering, nitriding) and surface finishing (including galvanizing, anodizing, hard chrome plating) with reliable partners. As a full-range supplier of non-ferrous metals, bars, tubes, wires and profiles made of non-ferrous metals are stocked and cut to size on sawing machines up to 400 mm diameter. Customers include industries such as fittings, valve and combustion technology, automotive, medical technology, security systems and high-frequency technology worldwide.
