About LASE

LASE Industrielle Lasertechnik GmbH was founded on 15 May 1990 in Hünxe and has been based in Wesel since 2004. The company develops, manufactures and distributes precision laser measurement technology for demanding industrial applications, including 1D distance sensors, 2D and 3D laser scanners, multilayer sensors and complete system solutions such as volume measurement systems for trucks, wagons, conveyor belts, stockpiles and bunkers. Proprietary software for evaluating complex 2D and 3D measurement data is developed at the Bremen branch; a sales representative office has existed in Shanghai since 2008. The measurement systems are used, among other things, in ports and container terminals, in mining and open-cast mining, in the steel and metal industry, in the wood industry, and in gravel and sand pits. Early projects included laser distance meters for Hüttenwerke Krupp Mannesmann for ladle level measurement in the steelworks. LASE accompanies projects from consulting and technical planning through to commissioning and offers service from 8h/5d to 24h/7d.
