About Laserax
Laserax Inc. is a manufacturer of industrial laser systems founded in 2010 and headquartered in Québec (Canada). The company develops and manufactures complete turnkey machines as well as OEM laser systems for laser marking, laser cleaning, laser texturing and laser welding, complemented by contract manufacturing services, machine rental, process development and on-site laser safety certification (Class 1 per ANSI Z136.1, FDA CFR 1040-10, IEC 60825). Products include manually loaded workstations, robot- and conveyor-integrated systems, and battery-specific welding machines with continuous-wave fiber lasers up to 2000W and cleaning lasers up to 3kW. Materials processed include metals such as aluminum, steel, stainless steel, copper, magnesium, zinc and lead, as well as sand molds, silicon wafers, plastics, glass and ceramics. Customers come from battery/EV production, automotive, medical technology, semiconductors, foundries, defense, aerospace, and agricultural and construction machinery. In addition to locations in Canada and the USA, Laserax maintains two sites in Germany with Laserax GmbH in Bad Krozingen and SLCR Lasertechnik GmbH in Langerwehe; sales partnerships exist worldwide.
