About LaserEcoClean
LaserEcoClean was founded in 2010 by experts from the printing industry and specializes exclusively in gentle deep cleaning of anilox rollers using laser technology. Anilox rollers for flexographic printing, offset printing and corrugated-board flexo printing are cleaned; according to the company, the ceramic surface and the cells remain intact without any mechanical influence — this is contractually guaranteed. The service is provided either mobile directly on site at the printing plant, in the company's own workshop in Hanau, or via inline cleaning for rollers longer than 1800 mm; rollers over 250 kg are cleaned directly at the printing plant. In addition, the company sells and installs stationary, fully automated laser cleaning systems (LEC 50, LEC 200/600, LEC 500, LEC Micro) with a cloud-based roller database. A PDF report with microscope images, screen ruling and cell volume is created for every cleaning operation. To date, more than 50,000 anilox rollers have been cleaned for over 600 to 700 customers in Europe.
