About LASERmobil
LASERmobil e.K. is a contract manufacturer specializing in laser marking and laser engraving, based in Tornesch northwest of Hamburg. Founded in 2004, the company offers industrial marking to drawing, product branding, engraving and cutting, the marking of injection molds, ceramic signs, and a mobile marking service (LASERmobil) directly at the customer's site. The machine fleet comprises eight laser systems: six Nd-YAG lasers (four of them mobile, two stationary on a 3-axis gantry for large and long parts), a CO2 laser Trotec Speedy 400 for non-metallic surfaces, and a fiber laser. Metallic surfaces of all kinds as well as non-metallic materials such as plastic, wood, glass, leather and ceramic are marked. Typical lot sizes range from 1 to 5,000 pieces; large series are possible at short notice. Customers come from industry, trades, medicine and the trade fair and event sector. In 2020, the business of LaserPartner Neumünster GmbH was integrated, including machine capacity and the customer portfolio.
