About Lasertechnik Stöber
Lasertechnik Stöber is a contract manufacturer for laser-cut and bent parts located in Nottertal-Heilinger Höhen in Thuringia. The company combines five production steps at one site: CNC laser cutting of sheets up to 20 mm, laser fine cutting of material thicknesses from 0.02 to 3 mm with tolerances down to ±0.01 mm, CNC bending from 0.3 to 5 mm sheet thickness with controlled springback, micro-bending from 0.3 mm edge length, and mechanical post-processing. Mechanical machining includes thread tapping, countersinking, reaming of H7 fits, press-fitting of pins and threaded inserts, removal of micro webs, and surface finishing. Production starts at lot size 1 without tooling costs directly from the CAD file – from prototypes to large orders. The material range comprises more than 70 grades, including structural, spring and tool steels, stainless steels 1.4301 and 1.4404, copper, brass, bronze, titanium, aluminium and Inconel 718. Since 2018 production has been certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015; standard cut parts are delivered in 3 to 5 working days, fine parts in 5 to 10 working days.

Quality
Production has been certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 since 2018 (TÜV Thuringia, registration number TIC 15 100 1910554). Process-monitoring sensor technology monitors every work step, an optical 3D scanner measures components down to the micrometre range, and every batch leaves the house with inspection documentation.
