LATI Industria Termoplastici SpA is an Italian manufacturer of technical thermoplastic compounds founded in 1945 and headquartered in Gornate Olona. The company develops and produces high-performance compounds with over 2,500 internally formulated recipes, including flame-retardant, reinforced, self-lubricating, electrically and thermally conductive, as well as recycled-content and bio-based materials. More than 30 engineers from research, process and technical support accompany customer-specific compound developments. The Gornate Olona production site is designed as a digital factory with SAP-integrated, networked equipment focused on capacity, traceability, safety and sustainability. Customers come mainly from the automotive industry, the electrical and electronics sector, appliance manufacturing and mechanical engineering. The company is organized as a Società Benefit and generated revenue of around €152 million.
