About Lauber IWISA
Lauber IWISA AG is a building technology and plant engineering company based in Naters in Upper Valais. Founded in 1933 by Alfred Lauber in Raron, the company employs over 270 people, including 41 apprentices, and offers the full range of modern building technology from a single source: heating & cooling, sanitary systems, kitchens, roofing & metalwork, planning, customer service and plant engineering. In plant engineering, Lauber IWISA realizes complete industrial plants for the biopharma, chemical and production industries, manufactures piping systems including pre-assembly in its own workshops in Visp, performs welding and installation work, and builds sterile technology systems for food, chemical and biopharmaceutical plants. Further focus areas include power plant and energy systems, infrastructure lines for district heating, gas, steam and fire-fighting water, as well as water supply with drinking water reservoirs, pumping stations and water analyses. Planning is carried out with modern CAD tools, 3D modeling and BIM. The company is part of the Burkhalter Group.
