About us
Lauble & Fichter GmbH is a family-owned company based in St. Georgen in the Black Forest that has been manufacturing highly precise components in CNC metalworking since 1994. Milled, turned and ground parts are produced from single pieces through to large-scale series, complemented by laser marking, mechanical post-processing, assembly of complex assemblies as well as tool and fixture making. A speciality is the machining of difficult-to-machine materials such as stainless steel, tool steel, aluminium alloys and titanium, but also plastics and ceramics. The machine fleet comprises milling machines in the 3- to 5-axis range, milling machining centres with up to 9 axes as well as CNC lathes with and without bar feeders; a fixed handling system and a flexible robot cell enable automated production. Through partnerships with specialised companies, the company offers a full service including surface coating, hardening, galvanising, anodising, deep-hole drilling and laser welding. Customers come from mechanical engineering, special-purpose machinery, medical technology, aerospace, automation, renewable energies and the bike components industry.

Materials & Processes
Aluminium alloys
Aluminium lightweight materials for milled, turned and ground parts in mechanical engineering and aerospace.
Stainless steel
Corrosion-resistant material for precise components, e.g. in medical technology and building services.
Tool steel
High-strength steel for tool and fixture making as well as wear parts.
Titanium
Difficult-to-machine lightweight metal for demanding applications in aerospace and safety technology.
All types of plastics
Material group for custom components, also laser-markable and grindable.
Ceramics
Grindable special material for wear-resistant and temperature-resistant applications.
CNC milling
3–5-axis milling and machining centres (up to 9 axes) for complex geometries from single part to large-scale series.
CNC turning
Multi-axis lathes with and without bar feeders for precise turned parts including chuck parts.
Cylindrical and surface grinding
Grinding processes for the highest surface quality and tight tolerances on metals, ceramics and plastics.
Laser marking
Abrasion-resistant, permanent marking on metals and plastics.
