About Lausitz Elaste

Lausitz Elaste GmbH is an OEM manufacturer and supplier of certified industrial rubber technology headquartered in Rothenburg/Oberlausitz. On a production area of around 3,500 m², the company manufactures rubber profiles, rubber molded parts, rubber-metal bonds, rubber-plastic bonds as well as frames with injection-molded or preformed corners. The manufacturing processes include extrusion of rubber profiles with widths up to 600 mm, pressing of molded parts and bonds with clamping surfaces up to 2,000 x 1,500 mm, rubber injection molding and freehand fabrication. Rubber-metal bonds are produced from just a few grams up to a unit weight of 50 kg. Nearly all rubber compounds are processed, such as EPDM, NBR, SBR, CR, NR, HNBR, butyl, Viton®, silicone and ECO in various colors. Depending on the requirement, the elastomers are heat- and cold-resistant as well as resistant to oils, greases, chemicals and weathering. The company supplies customers nationwide and offers small series up to industrial series production as well as custom solutions to drawing, including consulting and design support during the development phase.
