LAWAL Kunststoffe GmbH – Your Partner in Plastics Processing
LAWAL Kunststoffe GmbH is a medium-sized company based in Langenau near Ulm that has been producing injection-molded parts since 1970 and delivers custom-made plastic solutions to customers in Germany and abroad. Production covers plastic parts weighing from 0.2 to 850 grams – from the size of a pinhead up to the area of a DIN A4 sheet. The machine fleet consists of all-electric injection molding machines with extraction robots and a MES system for reproducible quality and traceability. In addition to production, LAWAL handles 3D-CAD design, prototype production via Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) and stereolithography, procurement of injection molding tools (including from China with cost savings of up to 60 %), relocation of production and tooling, assembly, semi- or fully automatic subassembly assembly, as well as packaging and logistics. Customers come from the construction industry, medicine, the sports industry, electronics and new energies, and the consumer goods industry.
