About LBR Manufacturing
LBR Manufacturing, based in Braunschweig, is developing a fully automated manufacturing system for CNC precision parts based on its own Physical-AI software and autonomous 5-axis machining units. The LBR.parts offering allows uploading a CAD file with an immediate, binding price quote; CAM programming, simulation and optimization are handled automatically by the LBR Machinalysis software. Manufacturing takes place on the company's own compact 5-axis CNC units (LBR.one) with a footprint of 1 m² in 24/7 operation, designed for lights-out production. An Autodesk Fusion plug-in provides design-for-manufacturing feedback and prices directly in the CAD program; precision parts, including matching screws, can be ordered in the online shop, with delivery within a few days. Construction of the first LBR Manufacturing Hub in Braunschweig is planned for 2027 – a 600 m² hall with 25 LBR.one units, goods receiving/shipping, material buffer, quality control, workshop, office and IT. Target customers are in particular Western large enterprises expanding their manufacturing capacity in the course of reindustrialization.
