LcM GmbH (Ludewig chemische Mittel) develops and produces chemical agents, units and spray systems for edge and surface processing in the wood processing industry. The portfolio includes release agents, cleaning agents, protective agents and anti-static coolants for edge banding machines as well as brush systems under the BRUSH-tec® brand, maintenance solutions with LOOP®, floor treatment with PROFI-Clean® and the Spray Monitor for monitoring spray systems. As early as 2010, the company developed the world's first VOC-free cleaner for paint rollers; solvent-free and silicone-free release agents followed later. The products are developed together with the wood and furniture industry and, thanks to partners, distributed in a total of 34 countries. The headquarters are located in Hiddenhausen in East Westphalia, the birthplace of automated edge banding technology; the subsidiary LcM Polska Sp. z o.o. is based in Wroclaw.

Release agent / iRelease
Release agent for the main pressure roller, sprayed directly in front of the trimming saw, which prevents frame formation; available as iRelease solvent-free and silicone-free (0% VOC).
Cleaning agent / iClean
Cleaning agent for the scraping blade, polishing rings, lamella wheels and brushes that removes glue and release agent residues and protects tools in the long term.
Protective agent / iProtect
Protective agent that is sprayed in front of the trimming saw and protects the workpiece from entry into the edge banding machine.
Anti-static coolant
Anti-static coolant for use in the edge banding machine.
Brush systems
Brush systems (BRUSH-tec® E, ES and SF) for surface cleaning and as a replacement or supplement to polishing rings in edge processing.

System solution for the maintenance of plants in wood processing.
