LePicant is a German delicatessen manufacturer that has been developing and producing delicatessen salads, sauces, dressings and dips since 1966. The product range includes, among other things, potato salads in several varieties, mayonnaises and remoulades based on rapeseed oil, ketchups, seasoning sauces such as paprika sauce and hunter's schnitzel sauce, as well as dressings and dips – some in vegan and clean-label variants. In addition to distribution under its own brand, the company offers private-label development and production; recipes are created in the in-house test kitchen, and an in-house laboratory supports quality assurance. Products are supplied in containers ranging from tubes and bowls to 10-kg buckets. Core customer groups are commercial kitchens, bakeries and community catering facilities; as a B2B partner, LePicant supplies customers in Germany.
