About Lead Modular
Lead Modular is an international engineering and project management company headquartered in Düsseldorf, specializing in turnkey construction projects with a focus on modular construction methods. The portfolio includes modular buildings, bathroom units, installation walls, containers, houseboats, prefabricated steel structures and lightweight steel buildings made from high-strength light steel profiles. Approximately 95 percent of every project is manufactured in the factory; only integration and surface installation take place on site. Lead Modular is the regional partner of Treysan Prefabricated Steel Construction Industry & Trade Corp., a subsidiary of IC Holding founded in 1975, in whose plant in Turkey all production takes place (60,000 m² outdoor area, 21,000 m² covered production area, around 200 employees). Architecture, specialist planning, production, logistics, assembly and permit management are bundled in a single organizational structure; projects are realized primarily in Europe. All production processes are carried out to EN and DIN standards under the supervision of TÜV Nord. Lead Modular is a brand of Oleum GmbH, based in Cologne.
