Nozzle technology from Metzingen since 1879
Lechler GmbH, headquartered in Metzingen, develops and manufactures precision nozzles and nozzle systems for the atomization of liquids. The portfolio comprises more than 45,000 nozzle variants, including single-fluid and two-fluid nozzles (hollow cone, full cone, flat spray and solid stream nozzles), nozzle lances and systems for gas cooling, denitrification (DeNOx) and desulfurization (DeSOx) as well as droplet separator systems. Production is carried out in metal (including brass, stainless steel, titanium, tantalum, silicon carbide, carbide/hard metal) and in thermoplastics on process-controlled injection molding machines. In addition, the company offers engineering services ranging from technical design and CFD process simulations to worldwide commissioning, as well as metrology in its own spray laboratory. The products are used in industries such as the steel and aluminum industry, the energy and power plant industry, the chemical industry, agricultural technology, pharmaceuticals and shipping. Around 10 million nozzles are produced per year; the family-owned company employs over 900 staff worldwide with 13 subsidiaries.
