Lecico is a manufacturer and supplier of high-quality lecithins and phospholipids for industrial applications. The product portfolio includes liquid lecithins, de-oiled lecithin powders and organic lecithins based on soy, sunflower and rapeseed. In addition, highly pure phospholipid fractions from soy and milk as well as nutraceuticals are offered. All products are available in non-GMO quality; organic-certified variants are available for soy and sunflower lecithin. Product properties such as emulsification behavior, wetting, viscosity or separating effect can be specifically adapted to the respective formulation and the process conditions.
