About LED Linear
LED Linear GmbH has been developing and manufacturing linear LED lighting solutions at its Duisburg site since 2006 – from electronics development and product design through production, logistics and technical project service, all in-house (Designed – Engineered – Made in Germany). The product range includes IP67 light lines for outdoor and facade applications, indoor luminaire systems, flexible LED modules and intelligent controls. Core processes include automated reel-to-reel manufacturing, in which LEDs are soldered onto flexible printed circuit boards (continuous lengths up to 50 m), CNC-controlled machining of luminaire profiles, and multi-stage polyurethane potting of luminaires up to 10 m in length for IP67 protection. The products are proven in demanding environments such as tropical maritime climates. Customers and projects include, among others, the Flannels flagship store in Leeds, the W Hotel Budapest and the Hellfest festival in Clisson. The company is part of the Fagerhult Group, certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and offers a warranty of up to 7 years.

Quality & Certifications
Every luminaire undergoes photometry, EMC testing, thermal measurements and long-term tests in the in-house test laboratory; climate chambers, temperature shock systems, high-pressure water tanks and UV chambers simulate extreme conditions (including 70 °C at 85 % RH). Intertek audits the production site quarterly; the warranty covers up to 7 years.
